Mark Looney is an accomplished Electrical Supervisor and Project Manager with more than 30 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems, infrastructure, and safety leadership.
His career spans major industrial projects across Australia and Ireland, including smart metering programs, chemical facility upgrades, and pipeline installations. Mark specialises in high-risk environments, compliance management, and team development, consistently delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
Holding certifications in EEHA, HSE, Instrumentation, and Training & Assessment, Mark combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and a proactive approach to safety. Whether managing field crews, mentoring apprentices, or overseeing complex installations, he brings clarity, confidence, and excellence to every project—values that define Milestone Electrical’s commitment to industry standards and client success.
